Islamabad – Philippine Ambassador to Pakistan, H.E. Dr. Emmanuel R. Fernandez and his spouse, Mme. Alicia Kalaw Fernandez, attended a high-tea reception hosted by Mr. Shakil Ahmed and his wife on 1 December 2025 in Islamabad. The gathering was held in honor of Ambassador Ahmed Saleem, a Maldivian diplomat who once served as his country’s ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The event brought together members of the diplomatic community and local friends in a warm and convivial setting.
