ISLAMABAD, 25 February 2026 – Philippine Ambassador to Pakistan, H.E. Dr. Emmanuel R. Fernandez, and his spouse, Mme. Alice Kalaw-Fernandez, were among the distinguished guests at the Iftar dinner hosted by the Malaysian High Commissioner to Pakistan, H.E. Dato’ Mohammad Azhar Mazlan, and his spouse, Puan Amelia Amani Azhar, at the Malaysian High Commission on 25 February 2026. The event gathered members of the diplomatic corps, local officials, and representatives from various sectors to observe the holy month of Ramadan.
Iftar, the evening meal with which Muslims break their daily fast during Ramadan, is a time of reflection, gratitude, and community.
