ISLAMABAD, 28 July 2026—Philippine Ambassador Emmanuel R. Fernandez attended a farewell dinner hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Luqman Ali Afzal in honor of H.E. Khazar Farhadov, Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and H.E. Yerzhan Kistafin, Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as they conclude their diplomatic assignments in Pakistan.

The gathering brought together members of the diplomatic corps and distinguished guests to pay tribute to the two ambassadors for their valuable contributions to strengthening their respective countries’ relations with Pakistan and fostering goodwill within Islamabad’s diplomatic community.
