ISLAMABAD, 14 April 2026 — Philippine Ambassador to Pakistan, H.E. Dr. Emmanuel R. Fernandez, together with his spouse, Mme. Alicia Kalaw-Fernandez, attended the recent Saint Patrick’s Day celebration and National Day of Ireland reception hosted by the Irish Ambassador to Pakistan, H.E. Mary O’Neill.
