Passport Certification Requirements
How to Apply
- Download and accomplish the Passport Certificate Request Form below.
- Submit the following documents:
- Duly accomplished request form
- Clear scanned copy of the current passport data page (for requests for Certified True Copy of Passport)
- Present the original passport for verification
- For requests concerning a minor (17 years old and below):
- Clear scanned copy of the child’s Birth Certificate
- Passport or valid government ID of the requesting parent
- If requested by a legal guardian: Letter of Guardianship issued by the Family Court
- All original documents must be presented for verification
- Processing Fee: PKR 10,500
Claiming the Certification
To claim your own Passport Certification, bring the original copy of your Official Receipt and your passport.
If claimed by an immediate family member, the passport holder must provide:
- A signed and notarized authorization letter
- A copy of his/her passport or valid government-issued ID
- The claimant must present his/her own passport or valid government ID
- The original copy of the Official Receipt
- Notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA)
- Copy of passport or valid ID of the passport holder
- Valid ID of the claimant
- The original copy of the Official Receipt
