ISLAMABAD, 1 August 2026—Philippine Ambassador H.E. Dr. Emmanuel R. Fernandez attended the Thank You Reception hosted by the outgoing Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to Pakistan, H.E. Mr. Albert Ilsaas, for members of the diplomatic corps, senior Pakistani government officials, business leaders, and friends.

The reception served as Ambassador Ilsaas’ expression of gratitude to Pakistan and its people as he concluded his diplomatic assignment in Islamabad before assuming his new post as Ambassador of Norway to Australia.

Ambassador Fernandez thanked Ambassador Ilsaas for his friendship and valuable contributions to the diplomatic community in Pakistan and wished him every success in his new assignment.
