Passport Releases

The e-Passports of the following Filipino nationals are now available for release at the Philippine Embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Applicants who are ready to claim their passports are advised to bring their official receipt and their old or expired passport (for applicants who renewed their passports).

Applicants who are unable to personally travel to Islamabad may coordinate with the:

• Philippine Honorary Consulate General in Karachi  (Email: karachi.pc.ah@dfa.gov.ph)
• Philippine Honorary Consulate in Lahore (Email: lahore.pc.ah@dfa.gov.ph)

for guidance on the release procedure.

If the applicant cannot personally claim his/her passport, an immediate family member or an authorized representative shall present a notarized Authorization Letter or a Special Power of Attorney respectively, to claim the passport on behalf of the applicant. Both documents should contain the name and photocopy of the ID of the authorized individual.

Passports unclaimed after one (1) year will be cancelled per Department Order No. 2021-012.
